Risk Disclosure
01
Purpose
This disclosure describes significant risks associated with markets and with using YA Markets tools. It is not exhaustive and does not assess whether any product or activity is appropriate for you.
02
Capital and Volatility Risk
Trading and investing can result in partial or total loss. Prices can move sharply because of economic data, interest rates, earnings, geopolitics, market structure, liquidity gaps, trading halts, outages, or unexpected events.
Consider whether you can bear a total loss and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
03
Leverage, Margin, and Liquidation
Leverage increases the effect of price movements. A small adverse move can create rapid losses, margin calls, forced liquidation, stop-outs, funding costs, or a negative balance where the product and provider permit it.
Displayed liquidation or margin values can change with price, fees, funding, collateral, position size, margin mode, and provider rules.
04
Crypto and Digital Assets
Crypto assets may involve extreme volatility, thin liquidity, exchange or wallet failure, blockchain congestion, irreversible transfers, forks, hacks, smart-contract defects, stablecoin depegging, delisting, custody loss, and rapid regulatory change.
05
Derivatives and Futures
Futures, perpetual swaps, options, CFDs, and other derivatives can involve expiry, settlement, mark prices, funding, contract specifications, liquidation engines, automatic deleveraging, and venue-specific protections. Understand the product and provider rules before taking exposure.
06
Forex, Metals, Indices, Stocks, and Commodities
Traditional markets can be affected by central-bank decisions, macroeconomic releases, earnings, dividends, corporate actions, session gaps, holidays, spreads, broker pricing, trading halts, and local regulation. YA Markets prices may differ from an executable quote.
07
Liquidity, Execution, and Counterparty Risk
Orders may be rejected, delayed, partially filled, or executed with spread and slippage. Stops and targets are not guaranteed execution prices. Your broker, exchange, bank, wallet, or payment provider may fail, freeze access, change rules, or become insolvent.
08
Data and Feed Risk
Feeds and APIs may be delayed, interrupted, stale, incomplete, throttled, incorrectly mapped, or unavailable. Different venues report different price, volume, open-interest, funding, depth, and liquidation values.
Normalization and synchronization involve assumptions and may not reproduce a provider's native display or executable market.
09
Signal and Model Risk
Indicators, alerts, templates, confidence labels, monitor readings, targets, invalidations, and setup models can be wrong, conflict, overfit prior conditions, or fail during a regime change. Missing or stale inputs can materially change an output.
No automated or semi-automated model understands your full personal or account risk.
10
Simulation Risk
Paper Trading results are hypothetical. A simulated profit, loss, fill, or position path does not establish likely live performance and cannot reproduce every execution, liquidity, cost, provider, account, or behavioral condition.
Equity references are price references only and do not confer ownership or shareholder rights. Virtual funds and positions have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used to settle a real obligation.
11
Scripts and Automation
Scripts, bots, exports, alerts, and integrations can contain defects, stale parameters, security weaknesses, platform incompatibilities, or unintended behavior. Test independently, use provider safeguards, and monitor any system you connect to live execution.
12
Technology and Security
Internet, browser, device, hosting, database, runtime, email, authentication, and third-party services can fail or be attacked. Saved state may be lost or unavailable. Keep independent records and do not rely on YA Markets as an emergency or sole risk-control system.
13
Legal, Tax, and Psychological Risk
Products, promotions, market data, derivatives, crypto assets, and affiliate programs may be restricted in your location, and tax treatment varies. You are responsible for applicable permissions, reporting, and tax obligations.
Trading can encourage stress, overconfidence, impulsive action, and excessive risk-taking. Tools and alerts do not remove human decision risk.
14
No Risk Removal
YA Markets may help organize information, but it cannot remove market, leverage, liquidity, execution, counterparty, data, model, technology, legal, tax, or behavioral risk. If you do not understand these risks, do not use the service as a basis for market activity.
