01

Information and Education

YA Markets is designed as a factual-information, education, charting, market-analysis, and workflow service. It helps users organize market data, charts, learning material, indicators, templates, monitoring, and decision context.

Desk Solutions does not execute trades, hold client money, custody assets, manage portfolios, or assess your objectives, financial situation, or needs.

02

No Personal Recommendation

Nothing in YA Markets is personal financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not treat any chart, signal, alert, target, invalidation level, confidence score, script, setup read, commentary, or example as a personal recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, short, leverage, automate, or trade an asset.

The legal character of information depends on its substance and circumstances, not merely on a label. Seek advice from an appropriately licensed professional if you need a recommendation suited to you.

03

No Suitability Assessment

YA Markets does not know your complete financial position, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, open positions, margin, tax position, broker permissions, or legal restrictions. A general output may be unsuitable for you even if its underlying data is accurate.

04

No Guaranteed Outcome

No strategy, indicator, model, template, script, signal, alert, dashboard, feed, backtest, simulation, or human commentary can guarantee profit, prevent loss, or predict market behavior.

Historical examples, screenshots, simulated results, and past performance are not reliable indicators of future results.

05

Paper Trading and Simulations

Paper Trading uses virtual funds and provider-referenced prices. It does not execute or reserve live orders, establish asset ownership, reproduce a provider account, or represent the price or treatment a live order would receive.

Simulated results can differ materially from real outcomes because live trading may involve changing spreads, latency, slippage, rejection, partial fills, liquidity limits, market impact, fees, taxes, financing, provider rules, and different decisions when real money is at risk.

06

Data and Model Limitations

Data can be delayed, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, normalized differently between venues, or changed by a provider. Derived readings use bounded inputs and calculation rules and do not represent the whole market.

Outputs can miss hidden liquidity, off-exchange activity, spoofing, wash trading, latency, slippage, spread, fees, funding, venue concentration, outages, or broker-specific conditions.

07

Independent Verification

Before acting, verify price, product terms, contract size, margin, leverage, liquidity, spread, funding, fees, position mode, order settings, and account status directly with your broker, exchange, wallet, or other relevant provider.

YA Markets should be one source of context, not the sole basis for a financial decision.

08

Third Parties and Affiliates

Third-party links, data, widgets, calendars, videos, brands, and platforms are controlled by their owners. Inclusion does not establish endorsement, partnership, suitability, accuracy, or availability in your location.

Some links may generate affiliate compensation for Desk Solutions. That commercial relationship does not reduce your responsibility to assess the provider independently.

09

Statutory Rights

This Disclaimer does not exclude, restrict, or modify any right, consumer guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
